Carole founded ACC Label in 1990. She has over 30 years of experience, and is truly an expert advisor in food labelling.

After work, Carole loves kayaking, in the summer, and singing all year-round!

Leontine Kaprielian Food Labelling Advisor and Customer Service Manager

Licence in Nutrition (U. of Buenos Aires, Argentina)

Leontine joined ACC Label’s team in 2011. She is the one who created our award-winning MesurACC typographical tool.

Leontine loves visiting museums, swimming and mothering her little twins!

I’m proud to be working at ACC Label since 2011. Everyone on the team is involved in various aspects of the business and contribute to the firm’s growth. The projects I work on often present challenges that push me to learn new skills and help me progress in my career beyond my expectations. I feel lucky to be part of such a dynamic team!

Josemy Alcimé Food Labelling Advisor and Coordinator of Graphics Projects

Josemy joined ACC Label in 2019. She is passionate about the quality of her work. Meeting her clients’ expectations, providing accurate information and respecting deadlines are her top priorities.

Nutritional analysis and review of food labels for regulatory compliance are her main duties. Josemy enjoys playing with graphic software and discovering new features. She is skilled at communicating her messages in images… images that are worth 1,000 words.

Creative at heart, I thrive on graphic projects such as producing customized Nutrition Facts tables, images for our website and PowerPoint presentations. I also like finding solutions to technical problems.

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking up new recipes and spending time with family.

Viktoriya Kramar Administrative Secretary

Joined ACC in 2016

Viktoriya is a hardworking person, passionate about accounting, numbers, calculations and lifelong learning. Quick and efficient, she excels in a multitasking environment. Her background in international economics is an asset for different aspects of teamwork.

After work, Viktoriya loves spending quality time with her family, camping in the summer, knitting and crocheting, as well as preparing nice surprises for her friends and colleagues.

I am lucky to be part of the ACC Team! I am constantly learning something new about food labelling so that I can better help my colleagues. We all have very different experiences and backgrounds, both professional and personal. This is our strength!

Mélodie Audet Food Labelling Advisor

Dietetic Technician

Mélodie joined ACC Label as a trainee, in April 2023. We liked her so much that we couldn’t let her go after she completed her technical program in dietetics.

In addition to nutritional analysis, regulatory review of food labels and translation of labelling material, she has elaborated a tool to facilitate research of technical data.

In spear times, Mélodie enjoys knitting, swimming and trying new recipes.

I feel lucky to be part of a work team that allows me to learn and thrive.
